Depending on the process step or event the user of the supplier will receive a mail to inform him, that something has been happened in the system. For example the customer sends a new purchasing document or a new call off of a scheduling agreement, you get a mail notification form the platform.
Depending on the settings the mail contains basic information about the process step and a link to the business document itself.
