The input help offered in SAP mySRM for the product categories – e.g. used in the SRM shopping cart – is inadequately solved in the standard delivery if a large number of product categories are available in the company.
The product categories are often structured hierarchically, based on standards such as eClass. A hierarchical search is not possible.
