A supplier can confirm the purchase order with different quantity.
For example if the purchase order ordered quantity is 2, a supplier can put 1 in the Confirmed Amount and send the confirmation.
Note! A supplier cannot confirm the purchase order if he entered the Confirmed amount more than Ordered amount.
