A Supplier Administrator can create a company and maintain the company data. He can also maintain contact persons and assign the correct authorization groups to contact persons. He can also activate and deactivate contact persons to control access to the platform.

A Supplier User can maintain his own personal data. like Name or Department etc.
[dt_divider style=”thin” /]CNMA_SUPP_QUOTATION: Supplier – Strategic Sales
A Supplier – Strategic Sales can see the request for quotation -RFQ- created by the customer and send it to proconarum platform. He can create a quote and submit it.
[dt_divider style=”thin” /]CNMA_SUPP_SALES_USER: Supplier Sales Person
Supplier Sales Person can see purchasing documents, change data like delivery date or quantity and can confirm the documents.
[dt_divider style=”thin” /]CNMA_SUPP_PROC_INQUIRY: Responsible Person for Supplier Inquiries
Responsible Person for Supplier Inquiries can see the supplier inquries and qualification questionnaires. He can maintain it, upload documents and submit the questionnaire.

Supplier Shipment Manager has the authorization to create shipment notifications, call the shipment monitor and the shipment overview app .
