The request for quotation and the quote app is used for creating and submitted quotes by the supplier. The customer send a request for quotation from its SAP S/4 HANA system to proconarum. The supplier receives a mail, that he got a new request for quotation. He can create a quote, save and submit the entered data.
After the supplier has submitted the quote, the quote is transferred to the customer’s SAP S/4 HANA system.
Important:
The process only works in combination with SAP S/4 HANA and the RFQ business object.
